07 · FAQ

What people ask us most.

Where do training lessons take place?

At your home, always with someone present: you, a family member or a member of your staff. It is a two-way course — for you and for your dog — built on positive reinforcement.

At what age should we start?

We recommend a puppy-raising consultation from two months of age: a one-hour session that saves you trouble and money.

What is a “binomio”?

It is the team formed by the dog and its handler. In search and rescue, therapy and service work, the whole team is assessed and certified — not just the dog.

How can I check that a credential is genuine?

Scan the QR code on the credential or type its number on the Verify a credential page. If the details do not match the physical card, contact us.

Are the certificates officially recognized?

Rodolfo is registered with Mexico's STPS as an External Trainer (Reg. NURR621010Q59). For company staff, courses are accredited with the DC-3 labor skills certificate; sport and working titles are earned at official FCM trials.

Do you respond to search emergencies?

In an emergency, call 911 first. PBRC volunteers with Benito Juárez Civil Protection, which coordinates all operations.
